Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make an impact by managing key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential hires. - Onboarding: Manage onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. - Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions. - Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and are effectively communicated. - Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives. - HR Support & Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
