Description:
This role will own performance marketing execution across paid channels and affiliate networks, driving installs, orders, and repeat purchases while maintaining strong unit economics.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with app campaigns, CPA-based affiliate marketing models (CPI / CPT / CPA), campaign optimisation, and attribution platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, launch, and optimise user acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google for app and web.
- Manage Google App Campaigns (UAC), PMax, Search, and Display campaigns.
- Manage Meta AAA / Sales / Catalog campaigns to drive installs and conversions.
- Continuously optimise bids, audiences, creatives, and budgets to improve CAC/CPO.
Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships:
- Manage CPA-based affiliate campaigns focused on mobile growth (CPI, CPT, CPR)
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate networks and performance partners to scale acquisition.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners focused on app installs and performance-based campaigns.
- Ensure campaign scale while maintaining traffic quality and fraud control mechanisms.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Execute and monitor mobile and web affiliate campaigns end-to-end.
- Track and analyse campaign performance across installs, in-app events, purchases, and retention metrics.
- Suggest optimisation strategies to improve CPA, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Attribution, Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as Appsflyer.
- Monitor key mobile metrics including CPI, CPT, CPR, CPFT, retention rates, installs, and in-app purchases.
- Build campaign dashboards and generate actionable insights from marketing and product analytics tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Engg, analytics, CRM, and design teams to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop mobile-first ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets.
- Support affiliate partners with campaign onboarding, training, and performance alignment.
Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure all affiliate campaigns comply with industry guidelines, attribution standards, and fraud control measures.
- Monitor traffic quality and enforce performance standards across affiliate partners.
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or mobile marketing.
- Hands-on experience running CPA-based mobile campaigns (CPI, CPT, CPR, CPFT, RT).
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing metrics such as installs, CPI, retention, and in-app conversions.
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Singular, etc.).
- Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or mobile ad networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimisation decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
