About the job

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for tech and non-tech roles from understanding requirements to onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit.

- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.

- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates fit for the role.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain candidate data and update status in the recruitment tracker or ATS.

- Support offer negotiation, release, and onboarding coordination.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (tech & non-tech).

- Strong understanding of IT roles and corporate functions.

- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
