We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LAP business domain and a proven track record of hiring mid to senior-level talent within the NBFC or banking industry.

What You'll Do:

- Design and execute recruitment strategy for the LAP (Loan Against Property) vertical.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for LAP roles sales, credit, operations, collections, etc.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top LAP talent.

- Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source mix).

- Ensure excellent candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

- Implement process improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.

- Stay updated with market trends in talent and compensation within the LAP/NBFC segment.

What Were Looking For:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).

- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Minimum 2-3 years of focused hiring experience in LAP domain (NBFC/Banks/Fintechs).

- Strong understanding of LAP-specific roles: Sales (Direct), Branch Managers, State Head etc.

- Proven ability to hire for mid to senior-level positions.

- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and Excel-based hiring reports.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
