Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire top talent aligned with our business goals.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, IT) and non-technical roles (Finance, Marketing and Operations).
- Create, update, and post job descriptions that accurately reflect role expectations and business needs.
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, manage communication, and ensure timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future staffing needs across technical and non-technical functions.
- Track and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline strength) and provide regular reporting.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, hiring standards, and DEI-driven recruitment best practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
