We are now looking for a data-obsessed Search Engine Marketing Specialist to accelerate our next phase of growth.
Role Overview
As an SEM Specialist, you will be a key driver of Kisshts customer acquisition engine. You will design, manage, and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube to reduce CAC, enhance lead quality, and scale high-intent user acquisition. This is a high-ownership, analytically rigorous role that demands strategic thinking, experimentation at scale, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube to drive high-quality leads and credit app installs.
Advanced Keyword & Intent Mapping:
- Use tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and first-party data to identify high-conversion search terms and structure campaigns accordingly.
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously optimize toward target KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, bidding models, and landing pages.
Funnel Ownership:
- Deeply understand Kisshts lending funnel and consumer decision journey to craft media strategies aligned with user behavior and intent signals.
Attribution & Analytics:
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution via Google Tag Manager and GA4. Set up UTM parameters, conversion events, and performance dashboards.
Audience Engineering:
- Leverage first- and third-party data to design and manage retargeting strategies, lookalike modeling, and custom audiences across platforms.
Market & Competitor Intelligence:
- Continuously analyze market trends, keyword landscapes, and competitor strategies to inform media planning and maintain category leadership.
Reporting & Business Insights:
- Deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth, budget allocation, and channel strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
