The Client Partner - Strategic Accounts is a senior, client-facing role responsible for owning and growing strategic client relationships, driving revenue expansion, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

This role acts as a trusted advisor to key accounts, aligning client business objectives with the organizations solutions while driving value, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management:


- Own and manage key strategic accounts with complete end-to-end responsibility

- Develop deep understanding of client businesses, goals, challenges, and industry landscape

- Build long-term, trusted relationships with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers

- Act as the single point of contact for strategic clients

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion:


- Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

- Own revenue targets, forecasts, and account-level P&L (where applicable)

- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue

- Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals

Client Success & Delivery Alignment:


- Ensure seamless execution and delivery by collaborating with delivery, product, and operations teams

- Proactively manage risks, escalations, and client expectations

- Monitor account health, service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

- Drive renewals and ensure long-term account retention

Strategic Planning & Governance:


- Create and execute account plans, growth roadmaps, and engagement strategies

- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), steering committee meetings, and executive updates

- Track KPIs, account performance metrics, and prepare executive-level reports

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with sales, marketing, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment

- Provide client insights to internal teams to support solution development and innovation

- Support marketing initiatives such as case studies, references, and thought leadership

Leadership & Mentorship:


- Mentor account managers and client-facing team members

- Drive best practices in account management and client engagement

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and client-centricity

Required Skills & Competencies:

Functional & Technical Skills:


- Proven experience in strategic account management and enterprise client handling

- Strong understanding of B2B sales, account growth, and client success models

- Experience in managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders

- Strong commercial acumen including pricing, negotiations, and contract management

- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and MS Office

Behavioral & Leadership Skills:


- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

- Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex client environments
