About the Role: We are in search of a talented individual to spearhead our brand strategy and revenue initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the way CPG brands connect, engage, and gain valuable insights from Kirana stores. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard brands and ensure the delivery of exceptional value to them. What you will do: - Expand CPG brand partnerships: Capitalize on our current brand achievements and propel the platform to greater heights. Discover untapped brands and establish connections with brand managers/CMOs to acquaint them with the compelling value proposition offered by Kirana Club. - Drive revenue growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing CPG brands. - You will be a key part of the leadership team and work directly with the founder - Work with Technology, Product, Marketing & other groups to deliver value to Brands Aadarsh Candidate: - Prior experience in the CPG space - Possess excellent sales and relationship-building skills - 3+ years of experience - You have worked with fast & high performing teams - You have B2B sales experience in India, or you have the hustle to figure it out - You are good with Excel, Powerpoint, and emails.
