Sales Manager - Government/PSU Sales

Location: Mumbai, Andheri East.

Khushi Advertising, Indias leading ambient media company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through cinema, mall, and airport advertising solutions for government departments and PSUs.

What youll do:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in govt/PSUs.

- Lead negotiations & close high-value contracts.

- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

- Track KPIs, analyze sales data & present insights to management.

What were looking for:

- Degree in Business/Marketing (or related field).

- Proven sales & leadership experience (advertising/media background preferred).

- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
