About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sr. Manager Sales to drive media sales across cinema advertising screens (PVR & Cinepolis), outdoor spaces, and print platforms in Kerala. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, enhancing revenue, and ensuring timely collections while promoting Khushi Advertising's market leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Immediate Focus:


- Drive media sales among corporate & semi-corporate clients in Kerala.


- Onboard all potential advertisers from TV, Radio, Outdoor, and other competing cinema chains onto Khushis exclusive cinema platforms (PVR & Cinepolis) within 4 weeks.


- Ensure timely collection of payments from all clients.


Growth Focus:


- Identify new brands, industries, and businesses to onboard for media advertising opportunities.


- Regularly meet and engage corporate clients to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.


- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and understand client campaign needs.


- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting to the management.


- Proactively manage and expand the assigned territory to maximize sales revenue and profitability.


- Coordinate effectively with Media Planning, Production, Execution, Accounts, and HR teams for seamless campaign delivery.


- Own or manage the regular CTR (Competitive Tracking Report) across all premium cinema screens.


- Promote and uphold the Khushi Advertising brand image as India's Integrated OOH agency.


Ideal Candidate:


- Strong background in Media Sales / Space Selling / Cinema / Outdoor / Print Media / Ad Sales.


- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.


- Highly target-driven and result-oriented professional.


- Excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills.


- Well-versed with the Kerala market landscape.
