We, at Khatabook, are looking to hire a User Insights Manager. Looking for an accomplished research and insights professional to manage the consumer life cycle aimed at retention and growth. Execution of projects that provide systematic development of deep, actionable consumer insights and supporting the product &amp; marketing team to convert them into business-building initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end research programs across Product research, Target Audience, Marketing campaigns Etc to drive actionable insights. Should be able to synthesize research data with internal behavioral data. About Khatabook: The MSME sector- - Bharat has 60 Million MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). 90% of India's ~$1 Trillion Retail Market is controlled by a traditional/unorganized sector. Which means ~$900B worth of commerce flows through these ~60M MSMEs in the form of shops/warehouses/kiosks/homes, scattered all over the country. Who we are and what we do- - Khatabook aims to build products that every MSME would use to run their business better. We started with the business ledger, which saves 3- 4 hours for merchants per day by managing their credit, creating transparency in cash flow, and increasing trust with their consumers - solving a critical need for India's MSMEs. - We also empower merchants to collect payment digitally and help build their identity through offerings such as business cards. What have we achieved so far- - Today more than a Million merchants are uploading data and engaging with the Khatabook app daily while adding $200 Million worth of transactions every day. The high engagement has resulted in more than 25% of the total active merchants joining the platform through word-of-mouth and referrals. The Khatabook Team is now focussed on empowering them, by building the next-gen digital-first products that- - Eases the management of capital cycles so that merchants can earn more money. - Simplifies the acquisition and distribution of goods and smoothen the payments. - Upskills merchants to run their businesses better Responsibilities: - Lead the entire User Insights for Khatabook and its other products - Improving our businesses understanding of Consumer Insights and translating that into action that provides better - solutions for merchants aimed at improving product features, payments, retention and other financial products. - Deep dive into consumer behavior and decision making to identify insights through which we can increase their preference for our brand. - Should have experience in CSAT/NPS, Brand Health Tracking - Equity and communication effectiveness, Ad Hoc studies (concept tests, communication development tests, product test) - Linking all research and insight work with business outcomes - End to end planning, execution and dissemination of research findings in a fast paced research based decision driven environment Candidate Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of experience in FinTech / Retail with a mix of quantitative and qualitative studies - Prior experience in product management and analytics is a must - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to interpret large amount of data and multi-task - Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint - Experience in extremely fast paced work environment preferably in research, consulting or strategy - MBA or Masters in Economics / Statistics
