Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Accounts Manager Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AV solutions, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in managing key accounts and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Play a vital role in generating new sales and converting opportunities into long-term relationships.
- Expand and manage key accounts by understanding client needs and offering tailored AV solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Presales to develop technically and commercially clear offers based on BOQ and design inputs.
- Ensure clear understanding of customer requirements and help translate them into technical specifications and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position offerings effectively.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including social media, to identify new prospects.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demos at client premises or suitable locations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, maintaining a pipeline at least 4x the committed forecast.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum qualification: Science Graduate / BE / Diploma / MBA
- 56 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the AV industry
- In-depth knowledge of AV solutions and related OEMs
- Understanding of AV requirements in meeting rooms, boardrooms, reception areas, cafeterias, training rooms, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
