Job Summary:

The Key Accounts Manager - Cyber Security Bid Management will be responsible for managing and driving strategic bid opportunities across enterprise and government sectors. The role will focus on identifying bid opportunities, coordinating internal teams, preparing winning proposals, and ensuring successful participation in large cybersecurity tenders and RFP processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bid management, cybersecurity solution proposals, and handling complex RFP/RFI processes within enterprise or government environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track strategic bid opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.

- Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including RFP/RFI analysis, proposal development, and submission.

- Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals.

- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documentation.

- Ensure adherence to tender requirements, compliance standards, and submission timelines.

- Drive internal coordination across teams to gather required inputs for bid responses.

- Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and client interactions.

- Develop compelling value propositions and proposal strategies to improve win rates.

- Track bid performance metrics and maintain a repository of proposal documentation.

- Support leadership in negotiating contracts and closing large cybersecurity deals.

Must Have Skills:

- Strong experience in Bid Management and RFP/RFI response processes.

- Experience handling large enterprise or government cybersecurity bids.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and enterprise technology environments.

- Ability to manage complex proposal development and documentation processes.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, legal, and finance.

- Strong attention to detail and compliance management skills.

- Excellent written communication and proposal writing abilities.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, or enterprise sales support roles.

- Experience working in Cyber Security, enterprise technology, or IT services organizations.

- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender frameworks.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bid opportunities simultaneously.

- Quality and Compliance of Bid Submissions.

- Timely Submission of Proposals and Tender Documents.

Industry Preference:

- Candidates must have prior experience within the Cyber Security industry with exposure to bid management or large enterprise/government proposal processes. Profiles without relevant cybersecurity or bid management experience will not be considered.
