Designation: Key Account Manager Seasoning (B2B).

Region Handling: West region.

Reporting structure: Sales Head.

Working Days: 5 Days.

Industry: Food / seasoning.

Plant location: Valsad.

Corporate office: Mumbai.

Job Summary: The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a defined geographical territory (mainly Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh).

This role involves direct interaction with potential and existing customers to promote and sell Company Products.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with past experience in seasoning industry.

Responsibilities: - Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients within the assigned territory.

- Present product information, promotions, and pricing effectively to customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.

- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback .

- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the seasoning industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
