Position: Key Account Manager (Sales - US Shift)
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad [WFO]
Key Duties
- Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management:
- a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)
- b. Setting Appointments
- c. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer)
- d. Determining the Clients Solution
- e. Written Proposal/Document
- f. Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure
- g. After Sales support
- h. Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities
Apart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to:
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain a database of contact information.
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
- Monitor the competitors products and services and create selling strategies for our products and services.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue.

- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data

- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
