We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 15+ years of expertise in managing high-value client relationships across Mumbai/Delhi.
The role involves driving revenue growth by nurturing long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Identify and deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals.
- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics).
- Drive upselling, renewals, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor account health and prepare reports on growth and risks.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring timely deliverables.
