Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 15+ years of expertise in managing high-value client relationships across Mumbai/Delhi.

The role involves driving revenue growth by nurturing long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.

- Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams.

- Identify and deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals.

- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics).

- Drive upselling, renewals, and new business opportunities.

- Monitor account health and prepare reports on growth and risks.

- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring timely deliverables.

Key Skills

- Client Relationship Management Ability to build and retain strategic client partnerships.

- B2B Sales & Negotiation Strong experience in managing large deals and client contracts.

- Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate effectively across internal departments.

- Sales Forecasting & Reporting Skilled in tracking performance and delivering insights.

- Communication Skills Clear, persuasive, and fluent in English (and other languages preferred).

- CRM & Tools Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
