Job Description Key Account Manager (Sales N&D). Department: Sales. Job Role: Key Account Manager. Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon. Experience: 3 8 Years. Company Profile:. We are a System Integrator specializing in Data and Network domain, providing end-to-end IT, networking, software, and security solutions to enterprise, government, and infrastructure customers.

Objective / Purpose of the Role:


Responsible for Direct Sales, Business Development, and Account Management of IT, Networking, Software, Observability Platforms, and Security Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


- Sales and business development of IT & Communication Solutions.


- Networking technologies including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Telephony, and Video Conferencing.


- Security solutions such as Cybersecurity, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, and IAM.


- Advanced Software and Observability Platforms.


- Identify new opportunities, prospect new accounts, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.


- Account mapping and relationship building with IT, Purchase, Finance, and Security stakeholders.


- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.


- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams.


- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, and bids.


- Sales planning, forecasting, weekly commits, and pipeline management.


- Achieve revenue, gross margin, and payment collection targets.


- Focus on Medium & Large Enterprises, Government & Defense, and Infrastructure sectors.


- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies:


- Strong knowledge of IT Networking, Software, and Security Solutions.


- Solution selling experience in complex IT environments.


- Working knowledge of vendors like Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Extreme, Ruckus.


- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and commercial bidding processes.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.


- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.


- Professional attitude in all engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.


- Networking certifications (CCNA / CCNP) are an advantage.


- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Inside Sales profiles are NOT required.


- Doing sales with Channel Partners & OEM sales profiles are NOT required.


- Candidate must have strong experience and knowledge of the Indian market.


- We will NOT take candidates who is having experience in out of Indian market.
