Role: Key Account Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6+ years (GCC experience mandatory)

1) Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.

2) Lead GCC engagement initiatives, understanding client business needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.

3) Drive cross-functional collaboration between delivery, sales, and client stakeholders.

4) Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to account expansion.

5) Ensure client retention through proactive relationship management and solution delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For:

1) Proven experience in key account management with a strong understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

2) Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.

3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Prior experience in tech consulting, talent solutions, or enterprise service delivery is a plus.
