About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth, retention, and strategic expansion across a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, revenue-owning environment, builds strong CXO relationships, and drives long-term value through consultative engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end account P&L, including revenue growth, retention, NRR, and gross margins
- Build and manage multi-threaded relationships across CXO, Product, Compliance, and Procurement stakeholders
- Drive platform adoption and value realization through structured customer success plans, usage KPIs, and QBRs
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account footprint
- Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Proactively manage account risks (churn, low adoption, competitive threats) with clear mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong forecasting, account planning, and stakeholder mapping using CRM tools
- Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and escalation management for superior client experience
Must-Have Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Account Management in B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of revenue ownership (renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, expansion)
- Strong experience managing enterprise / mid-market clients
- Expertise in engaging with CXO / senior stakeholders and driving strategic conversations & QBRs
- Hands-on experience in commercials, contract renewals, pricing, and negotiations
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) for forecasting and account planning
- Prior experience in Rewards / Loyalty / Incentives domain (Mandatory)
