Description: Details: - Designation : Key Account Manager - Business Development Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as the lead point of contact for the assigned customer account management matters. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers. - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). - Prepare reports on account status. - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. - Addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. - Travel on the requirement. Skill Sets: - Knowledge in technologies like EW Systems, Counter Drone systems & its subsystems.( i.e., Radar, EO/IR, Jammers, etc..) - Experience in handling Army accounts. - Thorough understanding of procurement process at Army Commands & Brigades. - Proficiency in written & oral communication. - Develop & implement sales strategies & competition analysis - Excellent Interpersonal, problem-solving, & organizational skills. - Proficient in making proposals & presentations. - Knowledge in CRM Tools & funnel management.
