Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most strategic B2B SaaS clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their evolving needs. This role involves working closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased client retention, revenue growth, and the overall success of Talent Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at assigned client accounts.

- Understand client business goals and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Talent Pro's solutions.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of our platform.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to client retention, developing and implementing strategies to address them.

- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through successful account management and expansion activities.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and inform Talent Pro's product development roadmap.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key B2B client accounts within the SaaS industry.

- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client interactions and track progress.

- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
