Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most strategic B2B clients. Your primary focus will be on driving retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both Talent Pro and our clients. This role is crucial in solidifying our market position and contributing to sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

- Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and Talent Pro's strategic goals.

- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of Talent Pro's solutions.

- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients.

- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Monitor key account metrics, such as retention rate, customer lifetime value, and revenue growth, and report on performance to management.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Contribute to the development of best practices for key account management and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrable ability to manage and grow key B2B accounts, achieving retention and revenue targets.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the SaaS business model.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 7-9 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
