Key Account Manager
Job Description :
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in the Audio Video (AV) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AV solutions, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the AV domain.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized AV solutions, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and up-selling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams (technical, support, logistics, etc.) and the client.
- Monitor account performance, project execution, and service delivery quality.
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, reports, and conduct periodic business reviews with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Audio Video industry.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies with client needs.
Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in the AV or technology solutions industry.
- Sound knowledge of Audio Video solutions, system integration, and project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai as per business needs.
Preferred :
- Familiarity with products such as video conferencing systems, digital signage, control systems, AV-over-IP, etc.
