Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and result oriented Key Account (Sales) Manager to support our growing customer base.

You will be responsible for managing key.

account relationships, ensuring annual contract renewals, achieving quarterly sales targets and supporting the sales cycle from initial discussions to closure, process sales documentation, agreements, run email campaigns, and take customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong understanding of the products, services and the value proposition .

- Own and manage a portfolio of key customers and build strong relationships with CISOs, CROs, CIO and other relevant stakeholders.

- Plan and achieve quarterly sales targets.

- Ensure all annual contract renewals are completed well before expiry and with increased scope and commercials wherever possible.

- Drive account growth through cross selling and up-selling opportunities.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle for key accounts: discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

- Understand customer security challenges, regulatory requirements, and threat landscape and position our services and product offerings.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal delivery teams.

- Ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and high customer satisfaction.

- Address escalations and ensure long-term account retention.

- Provide market and customer feedback to leadership to shape product and service offerings.

- Execute marketing email campaigns to generate new opportunities in key accounts.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email, providing relevant information and support.

- Generate new reference opportunities from the existing customers to further develop and close.

- Process purchase orders and coordinate with the accounts/finance team for invoices and due payments.

- Set up client meetings and product demos in collaboration with the pre-sales team.

- Preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs and quotations.

- Liaise with the legal team on NDAs, MSAs, and other contractual documentation.

- Organize and maintain sales collateral, brochures, case studies, and vendor documents.

Requirements & Skills:

- Degree in BBA/MMS/PGDBA -Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in account management or B2B sales.

- Experience selling cybersecurity services, IT services, or enterprise technology solutions will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and CRM platforms.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

- Growth oriented and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
