Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager located in Mumbai.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, providing sales forecasts, and leading the sales team to ensure growth and revenue goals.

- This role requires strategic planning, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills to meet the dynamic needs of the pharmaceutical processing industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.

- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical processing industry and its market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales team.

- Strategic planning and market analysis skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferably with Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Min. 8 to 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical prcoessing machinery industry is a plus.

- Willingness to relocate to Mumbai if not already based there.
