Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our high-impact sales initiatives in Delhi. This role demands a polished, driven, and highly networked sales professional with proven experience in luxury consultative selling preferably in the domains of home automation, lighting, or premium interior solutions.
This is a strategic individual contributor role focused on engaging and influencing key ecosystem partners including Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants, and High-End Builders, to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines market intelligence, relationship depth, and sales discipline to elevate Keus market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Development:
- Build and manage high-value relationships with Interior Designers, Architects (IDAs), PMC firms, and HNI-facing consultants.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Keus in the premium design and real estate communities.
- Identify emerging projects, business opportunities, and market white spaces in target regions.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement:
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations and experience center walkthroughs for clients and influencers.
- Lead consultative sales engagements, guiding clients through Keus integrated solutions.
- Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Own and exceed individual sales targets with discipline across the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure.
- Execute territory and account-based strategies aligned with Keus expansion roadmap.
- Monitor project pipelines, sales velocity, and conversion metrics using CRM and sales analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Ensure seamless handover to operations and customer success teams post-sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Leadership & Influence:
- Provide market insights, competition trends, and customer feedback to the leadership team.
- Support the upskilling of newer sales team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Key Requirements:
Professional Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in luxury or premium lifestyle product sales.
- Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals and building enduring client relationships.
- Experience with architect-driven or project-driven sales cycles is essential.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- A confident presenter with the ability to influence HNI clients and design ecosystem partners.
- Adept at consultative and solutions-based selling in a long sales cycle environment.
- Highly disciplined with CRM systems, funnel management, and sales reporting.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or Design.
- Additional certifications in sales excellence, luxury brand management, or design thinking are a plus.
