Position Overview:


Keus is seeking an innovative and strategic Senior ManagerBusiness Development to drive our brand's influence within the architect community.


This role serves as a vital link between our marketing and sales teams, ensuring that our brands prestige and value proposition are effectively communicated, understood, and realized.

The ideal candidate will excel in creating impactful first impressions, organizing high-end events, and nurturing ongoing relationships with architects to solidify Keus' position as a leader in the smart home automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation and Relationship:


- Serve as the primary brand ambassador to the architect community, creating strong initial impressions that underscore Keus' leadership and professionalism in home automation.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with top interior design architects, fostering a deep, trust-based connection with the Keus brand.

- Use digital mediums effectively to communicate and showcase Keus innovations and thought leadership in the smart home automation space.

High Impact Architect Demos:

- Invite architects to experience comprehensive, hands-on demonstrations of Keus products.

- Present the innovative features and benefits of Keus solutions in a compelling and impactful manner.

- Ensure that each demonstration effectively showcases the cutting-edge technology and superior design of Keus products, leaving a lasting impression.

Consistent Lead Generation and Nurturing:

- Identify and target key architects and firms to generate new business opportunities.

- Continuously nurture the top-tier architect base within the city, ensuring each architect in the managed network consistently refers leads.

- Regularly engage with architects to understand their upcoming projects and identify opportunities for Keus solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful projects, providing them with the necessary support and insights.

Regular Architect Workshops:

- Organize and host insightful workshops at Keus experience center, offering architects an in-depth look at smart home innovations and industry trends.

- Facilitate engaging discussions and collaborative sessions, encouraging architects to explore new ideas and solutions in home automation.

- Utilize these workshops to build strong, collaborative relationships and to position Keus as an industry thought leader.

Curated Events:

- Plan and execute exclusive, high-end events that blend art, music, and design, tailored specifically for architects.

- Create memorable networking opportunities that position Keus as a luxury brand and provide a platform for meaningful interactions between architects and Keus leadership.

- Leverage these events to reinforce Keus' brand image and prestige within the architectural community.

Ongoing Architect Engagement:

- Maintain continuous, proactive communication with the architect community to keep them updated on Keus latest innovations, developments, and case studies.

- Foster a sense of community and belonging among architects, ensuring that Keus remains their go-to brand for smart home solutions.

- Regularly update architects on industry trends, new smart home tours, and Keus' contributions, reinforcing the brand's reputation as an innovation leader.

- Coordinate and ensure the availability of architects and their firms for various content initiatives, including testimonials, architect walkthroughs, and the Keus Perspective Podcast.
