About the Job

Ketto is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts for sales roles in the BPO/Contact Center industry.

Based in Mumbai, you'll be responsible for overseeing high-volume hiring, strategizing with business leaders, and potentially leading a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Strategically partner with business stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive hiring plans.

- Develop and implement diverse candidate sourcing strategies, utilizing job portals, walk-ins, referral programs, and vendor partnerships.

- Drive and manage large-scale recruitment drives, consistently achieving fast turnaround times (TAT).

- Ensure quality hiring by aligning candidate profiles with sales performance requirements and business needs.

- Manage and maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards and reporting for senior management.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

- 6 to 7 years of experience in sales hiring, with a strong focus on the BPO/voice processes sector.

- Demonstrated expertise in bulk recruitment, sourcing methodologies, and hiring analytics.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

- Proficiency with ATS/HRMS tools is highly preferred.

- Proven team handling experience with the ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team
