Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice processes.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, walk-ins, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.

- Organize and execute high-volume recruitment drives to ensure quick turnaround times (TAT).

- Focus on quality hiring, ensuring selected candidates align with sales performance requirements.

- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales hiring, specifically within BPO/voice processes.

- Proven ability in bulk recruitment and managing high-volume hiring demands.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with various sourcing tools and familiarity with hiring analytics.

- Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools is preferred
