Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi for the position of Head - CXO Engagement & Outreach.

The role involves spearheading efforts to establish and grow relationships with CXOs, developing and executing strategic plans, driving business engagement, and ensuring excellent client management.

Key responsibilities include strategizing outreach processes, collaborating across departments, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve organizational goals.

- Proficiency in Business Planning and the ability to develop and execute effective strategic approaches.

- Outreach for CXOs.

- Plan for different formats of events.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, understand business challenges, and develop data-driven solutions.

- Experience to foster CXO relationships.

- Solid expertise in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.

- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-level executives.

- Proven experience in handling end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns and driving decision-making processes at the CXO level.

- Connections with C-level executives.

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
