Job Title: Finance Controller.

Location: Bhopal.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage the overall financial health of the organization.

The role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

- Ensure statutory compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other financial regulations.

- Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.

- Manage audits, financial risk assessments, and ensure timely closure of statutory filings.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial reports for management.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders for financial matters.

- Support management in decision-making with data-driven financial insights.

Requirements:

- Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Proven experience of 7+ years in finance & accounts, with at least 23 years in a leadership/controlling role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial compliance.

- Proficiency in Zoho Books, ERP, Excel, and other financial software/tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
