
We're looking for a high-performing ERP Sales Manager to lead the charge in driving Odoo ERP sales across multiple industries-manufacturing, trading, retail, services, and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Actively hunt for new sales opportunities for Odoo ERP across diverse industry verticals.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle-Prospect - Pitch - Demo - Negotiate - Close.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsells.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Meet & Beat Targets: Consistently achieve (and exceed) your sales KPIs and revenue goals.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the competition-understand market trends, client needs, and competitor moves.
Requirements:
- Sales Hustler: You're ambitious, persistent, and fearless when it comes to pursuing opportunities.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in selling ERP, CRM, or IT solutions.
- Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation chops.
- Industry Network: Well-connected in sectors where ERP is essential-manufacturing, trading, retail, etc.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced (startup-like) environment.
