About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow revenue across our existing North America customer portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, strengthening long-term relationships, and expanding our footprint through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, excels at building trusted client partnerships, and enjoys working with a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention & Revenue Growth:

- Manage the full customer lifecycle, ensuring high satisfaction, contract renewals, and overall account retention.

Expand Account Footprint:

- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption within existing accounts to offset churn and drive revenue growth.

Upsell & Cross-Sell:

- Meet weekly and quarterly targets for upsell and cross-sell opportunity generation, ensuring a healthy pipeline (3x of target).

Customer Partnership:

- Understand customers business needs and strategic priorities to position Kaseyas products and services effectively.

Relationship Management:

- Establish yourself as a strategic, trusted advisor to customers ranging from small to enterprise-level accounts.

Forecasting & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate forecasts, track account health, and report revenue-impacting risks in a timely manner.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams - including sales, product, and support - to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of end-to-end sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or technology solutions.

- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, retention, and customer expansion.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage a large portfolio of customers independently.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

- Ability to operate efficiently on North America (US) shift timings.

- Experience managing customers across varied sizessmall, mid-market, and enterpriseis an advantage.
