What You'll Do

- Lead delivery of complex .NET applications integrated with Azure Cloud services.

- Drive DevOps practices across teams, including CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

- Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering collaboration, ownership, and high performance.

- Partner with business and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Ensure delivery excellence using Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.

- Oversee technical governance, architecture reviews, and code quality standards.

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

What You Bring

- Strong expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).

- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture principles.

- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and automation.

- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional technical teams.
