Objective of the role:&nbsp; The incumbent will be part of Talent Acquisition CoE &amp; will cater to the Leadership hiring for Real Estate Business at Kalpataru. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership hiring skills to support the TA team while individually contributing towards leadership hiring for the division. Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team are essential. Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; Talent Acquisition:&nbsp; - Drive recruitment strategies by proactively researching on industry, market, and business unit specific factors impacting the planned TA vision/outlook - Be responsible for contributing for contributing to Leadership hiring across Depts. - Partner with leadership level stakeholders to understand &amp; fulfill their hiring needs. - Counsel hiring leaders on innovative recruitment practices and effective talent planning decisions as their day-to-day TA subject matter expert - Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. - Build a strong candidate pipeline for leadership level mandates by sourcing &amp; headhunting. - Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. - Working with various business leaders to understand the hiring needs across Departments. - Plan and build strategies for hiring for the Real Estate business. - Building and managing strong sourcing, selection and networking capabilities to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner. - Contribute to building and retaining a top notch TA CoE.
