Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Sales Manager based in Gurugram, Mumbai & Bangalore.

The MICE Sales Manager is responsible for managing and selling MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services to corporate clients in North India, West India & South India.

The MICE Sales Manager must develop sales strategies, be a team player, collaborate with event managers, and meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales management, developing sales strategies, and managing key accounts.

- Strong understanding of market trends and ability to identify new business opportunities.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Experience in being a team player.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Deep knowledge of the MICE industry.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.

- Familiarity with event planning and management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the MICE industry or sales.
