The platform provides tech-enabled tool for its customers to track the progress of their home construction and manage the cost, quality and timeline of their home construction project. HRBP / Sr.HRBP As an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with the business leaders to deliver HR solutions that drive business results. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute the HR strategy for JSW One Platforms Limited Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that support business objectives. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with the company's goals and objectives. - Provide guidance and support on HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. - Develop and execute talent management strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention. - Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and make recommendations to improve HR processes and procedures. - Act as a coach and mentor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR matters. - Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. - Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations. Requirements: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a premium institute - 6-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner, - Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen and ability to understand the company's business strategy and objectives. - Experience in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
