What we are looking for:

Be the bridge between business goals and people magic. We're looking for an HRBP who can speak both business and people language, challenge the status quo, and turn people priorities into business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

- Partner with business leaders to understand what the business needs and translate it into the right people priorities.

- Own the people agenda for your business, from performance and talent to development and succession.

- Keep a pulse on the organisation through people data, insights and good old-fashioned conversations.

- Work with leaders to build high-performing, engaged and future-ready teams.

- Drive talent and employee engagement initiatives that go beyond ticking the HR checklist.

- Partner with TA, L&D, C&B and other HR teams to bring the right solutions to the business.

- Coach managers and leaders on everything from performance conversations to developing their people.

- Keep HR policies, processes and governance on track, while making sure they actually work for the business.

- Be the person leaders come to when they're thinking, "We have a people problem. Help."

- Support business priorities and organisational initiatives with a strong people lens.

In short:

Be close enough to the business to know what's really happening, curious enough to ask the uncomfortable questions, and practical enough to turn HR ideas into action.
