We are seeking a Delivery Lead based in Mumbai to join the team at the forefront of this growth and transformation journey. The individual will lead a small team of project managers and developers in supporting the reduction of manual process and driving digital innovation through Intelligent Automation tools. The successful candidate will support APAC Securities Services Operations, collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders to deliver against our regional and global roadmap. The role will support APAC shift hours. Role Description: The scope of role includes but not limited to: - Managing a small team across Mumbai and Manila to drive the Intelligent Automation agenda and projects for APAC Securities Services Operations and CIB A&NZ Operations - Manage resources and project progress to ensure on-time delivery - Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including senior relationships and lead stakeholder discussions and forums with clear outcomes and actions - Provide executive reporting and communication to senior management - Drive solution design for scalable and reusable solutions - Undertake development of solutions where required - Discover and drive scalable Intelligent Automation opportunities across the Securities Services Operations business units, regionally and globally. - Be a leader in driving a digital and data first culture, uplifting employee skillset and engagement To be successful you will need: - 7+ years' experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers, - Delivery lead or program management experience, in particular supporting Intelligent Automation programs - Experience digital tooling such as UiPath, Alteryx and Tableau - Understanding of the Custody and Fund Services operating model preferred - Demonstrate strong ability to communication across various levels of the organisation - Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution - A commitment to diversity and inclusivity of thought, excellence in execution, and an attention to detail across all you do - Works independently and ability to multi-task - Excellent leadership qualities and ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build relationships across virtual teams - Strong written and oral executive-level communications skills with ability to deal with a diverse stakeholder base - Ability to work at pace with accuracy, effective at working under pressure and tight deadlines JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
