The Custody and Funds Services Operations Support team is responsible for monitoring all daily delivery across the client base and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPI's) are reported to the management team. This includes metrics on reconciliation breaks and the delivery times for each deliverable within the operations teams. Working with all operations teams the team assists with issue resolution and root cause analysis and will also monitor activity to identify key trends and opportunities for process improvements or strategic opportunities. Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for triage management ensuring prioritisation is in place and clear communication is provided to senior management, Technology management and Client Service Managers during day to day incidences impacting client deliveries. - Data analysis and identifying trends to improve internal transactional related processes - Responsible for the running of control rooms when they are required such as for the Financial Year End, Quarterly Distributions, or other required triage management situations. - Management Reporting - Ensure KPIs are met and reported - Coordinate with various operations teams and assist with issue resolution and Root Cause Analysis. - Escalate concerns and issues - Recognize and act on opportunities to improve processes - Ensure all the risk and control checks are adhered to This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: - Experience in Fund Accounting operations - Demonstrate teamwork and build internal relationships across locations with partner sites - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge and understanding of Fund Accounting and financial products - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines - Risk, control, and procedure oriented - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of Xceptor, Alteryx, Python and Tableau - Graduate/Post Graduate with major in Finance/Accounting is preferred JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
