Position Overview : - The Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) is a two-year rotational program that provides a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders with core business skills for a variety of roles within JPMorgan Chase. Within this program, Analysts complete three, eight-month rotations aligned to core disciplines: Project Management, Process Improvement and Analytics. Full-time candidates are selected through the pipeline from the CADP summer internship program. - The program focuses on the mantra, Right Role - Right Manager - Great Experience, and offers extensive opportunities for Analyst, Manager, and Hub engagement throughout the two-year journey, including Analyst and Manager program roundtables, Analyst Committee initiatives, comprehensive training opportunities, and a final graduation event to celebrate two years of hard work and upcoming post-program opportunities. - Over the course of the two-year program, Analysts are aligned and exposed to roles within the JPMC Lines of Business and Corporate Functions. Under the support of the Program Management (PM) team and through challenging assignments, comprehensive feedback/coaching, rigorous training, and performance management, our Analysts build generalist skills that prepare them for permanent placement in the firm. - CADP has a global footprint with nearly 500 analysts across NAMR, EMEA, APAC and India. Job Function and Responsibilities : - The CADP PM Team partners closely with key Stakeholders within Corporate Functions and LOBs, Campus Recruiting, Training, Compensation Team and HRBAs. PM responsibilities are critical to the success of the Program. The PM plays a variety of roles across the Program, including supporting Analysts & Summer Interns, developing, and maintaining key business relationships, and managing the overall Program strategy & execution. This role provides an excellent opportunity for end-to-end ownership, has high visibility with Executives across the firm, and provides the opportunity to work with a broad range of internal partners. - Typical responsibilities could range from strategic activities driving long-term program objectives (development strategy, post program strategy, performance management, compensation) through to the day-to-day execution of the program (placement, coaching, issue resolution). Although cyclical, the onboarding and graduation of classes year-over-year brings diversity, particularly the opportunity for ongoing design, delivery, and process improvement. Analyst Engagement : - Manage core Analyst processes including role identification, rotation alignment, end-of-program mobility, performance management, compensation, and training & development - Hold timely, structured meetings with Analysts focused on Program experience, career planning and development, increasing performance/contribution, and issue resolution - Provide Analysts, Managers and HRBAs, and local management teams with ongoing program updates - Partner with CF/LOB Rotation Managers and HRBAs to manage Analyst performance and address any performance issues Corporate Function (CF)/LOB Partnerships : - Work with key CF/LOB Executives, local leadership teams and Analyst Managers to identify roles/rotations and end-of-Program opportunities for Analysts; ensure roles/rotations meet Program criteria, identify key roles for next rotation cycle - Proactively partner with CF/LOB Executives and Managers to educate them on the Program and build understanding of Program expectations - Work with key Stakeholders to refine and execute recruiting strategies, training and development strategies, CF/LOB engagement, performance management & compensation, and other key program decisions - Partner with key Managers and HRBAs to ensure the successful implementation of the Program in the CFs/LOBs and address any issues Project and Program Management : - Manage Analyst role/rotation and Summer Intern placement processes - Partner with Training on strategy and execution of Program training & development strategy, assisting with execution where applicable - Manage Program performance management & compensation process - Manage end-of-Program placement/mobility process - Partner closely with Program Coordinator to successfully implement logistics of training, rotations/roles, placements, etc. - Participate in and lead key Program initiatives including developing new Program strategies, process design, process re-engineering, budgeting - Partner with other Program Managers across region & the global team to ensure consistent Program approaches where applicable - Partner closely with Campus Recruiting on key diversity, intern placements and initiatives Qualifications / Desired skills : - 3+ years' experience working in HR/Program Management within the Financial Services Industry or similar (preferred but not required) - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, strategic client relationships at the Executive level as well as the Supervisor level - Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills - Able to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately - Demonstrated results and experience with direct and/or indirect people management, including providing feedback, coaching, and development planning - HR background a plus but not required - Acute attention to detail, follow-through, and results oriented - Able to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives - High degree of initiative and autonomy but must be able to function successfully as part of a team - Honed consultative and influencing skills - Strong project and process management skills - Innovative and creative; able to generate new ideas; forward-thinker who can evolve the Program with the changing needs of the business; thought-leader - Strong professional presence - Strong in-person and virtual team skills - Regional travel may be required JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
