As an Asset Servicing Specialist within the Asset Servicing team, you oversee the end-to-end processing of corporate actions, income payments, and proxy events for both fixed income and equity securities. You ensure accuracy, risk mitigation, and timely execution while supporting domestic and global markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and operational control.
Job Responsibilities
- Setup and process corporate action and proxy events for mandatory and voluntary actions.
- Process income payments including dividends, interest, principal, and redemptions.
- Analyze class action litigations and identify impacted clients.
- Partner with claim administrators for litigation filings and credit proceeds.
- Monitor and manage cash transactions in US and global currencies.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Client Service, Custody, and Operations teams.
- Escalate high-risk or complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate detailed information clearly to support client decisions.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver timely resolution of client queries and service issues.
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency within the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate 6+ years of asset servicing or securities operations experience.
- Exhibit subject matter expertise in corporate actions processing.
- Identify and escalate high-risk situations quickly.
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Resolve client service issues accurately and promptly.
