Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Management (Sales - Non-IT): - Independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the Sales department (Non-IT), including understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Lateral Hiring Expertise: - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies specifically targeting experienced professionals for lateral hires within the Sales function. Leadership & CXO Level Hiring: - Possess the acumen and experience to identify, engage, and recruit leadership and CXO-level talent within the Sales domain, understanding the nuances of senior-level hiring. Strategic Sourcing: - Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs), social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing methodologies. Job Portal & Social Media Mastery: - Demonstrate expertise in effectively utilizing job portals and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) for targeted candidate sourcing and engagement. Candidate Assessment & Screening: - Conduct thorough screening of applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates, utilizing effective questioning techniques to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interviewing & Evaluation: - Conduct various rounds of interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person) using behavioral, technical, and competency-based assessment methods to evaluate candidate suitability. Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers within the Sales department, understanding their specific needs and providing regular updates on the recruitment process. Offer Negotiation & Closure: - Skillfully manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages to ensure successful candidate acceptance. Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation. Market Research & Benchmarking: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks within the Sales domain to ensure Jaro Education remains competitive in attracting top talent. Reporting & Analytics: - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders. Employer Branding: - Contribute to strengthening Jaro Education's employer brand through positive candidate experiences and effective communication. Street-Smart Talent Acquisition: - Utilize a proactive, resourceful, and "street-smart" approach to identify and attract top talent who may not be actively seeking jobs. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a strong and demonstrable focus on lateral hiring within a non-IT domain. Sales Recruitment Focus: Proven experience in recruiting for various roles within a Sales department is essential. Job Portal Expertise: Proficient in utilizing major job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and IIM Jobs for effective sourcing and candidate management. Social Media Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to leverage social media platforms for identifying and engaging potential candidates.
