Position Description: JAIPUR RUGS is eager to welcome a leader to take up the portfolio of Company Secretary.
The position will be based in its Head Office (HO) Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:-.
Key Responsibilities:
- IPO experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the IPO process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth communication between internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Your role will involve coordinating meetings, preparing necessary documentation, and providing expert guidance on corporate governance matters related to IPOs.
- Report to the chairman and often liaise with board members.
- Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.
- Confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
- Have proper knowledge of compliance relating to SEBI, Company Act , CSR and FEMA Compliances any others.
Qualifications:
- Company secretary (CS) qualification obtained.
- Experience in an IPO.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of IPO procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Jaipur can also apply.
