About the Role:
- Build high-impact brand experiences and event-led engagements.
- This role requires a blend of strategic planning and operational excellence to drive tangible brand value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop experiential marketing strategies aligned to brand goals and customer insights.
- Lead planning and management of investor meets, partner events, financial education programs, expos, and on-ground activations.
- Use data to identify locations, audience clusters, participation behaviours, and experience design opportunities.
- Build experiential IPs that deliver repeatable and measurable brand value.
- Partner with agencies for creative concepts, event design, production, and execution.
- Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and timelines effectively.
- Manage branch branding and on ground activations.
- Evaluate event success using defined metrics such as footfall, leads, engagement, and brand recall.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure integrated execution.
Requirements:
- Strong agency (8-10 years) or brand side (7-9 years) experience in experiential strategy.
- Ability to manage large-scale events.
- Data-led thinking and strong operational skills.
