Revenue & Sales Growth.

- Own regional P&L and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Drive new business acquisition for B2B fintech solutions ( trading APIs, OMS/RMS, algo platforms, analytics tools, onboarding/KYC tech, wealth management platforms, payment solutions, etc.

- Identify and close strategic high-value accounts.

- Client Acquisition & Account Management.

- Build and manage relationships with brokers, sub-brokers, fintech companies, RIAs, PMS houses, NBFCs, wealth managers, and financial institutions.

- Conduct product demos, negotiations, onboarding, and contract closures.

- Ensure excellent client experience and recurring business through cross-selling/upselling.

- Market Expansion & Territory Management.

- Develop and execute regional sales plans to increase market penetration.

- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.

- Identify new segments, opportunities, and strategic alliances in the region.

- Product Expertise & Solution Consulting.

- Act as the regional product expert-understand trading platforms, APIs, regulatory requirements, and fintech workflows.

- Liaise with product, tech, and operations teams to customize solutions per client needs.

- Capture market feedback to support product development.

- Team Leadership (optional if senior role).

- Manage and mentor a regional sales team (if applicable).

- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive training and development.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain CRM hygiene with updated leads, opportunities, and projections.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory guidelines as applicable.

- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to leadership.

Core Skills:

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong understanding of stock markets, trading systems, capital markets products, and financial services.

- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS or fintech products to institutional clients.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract closure skills.

- Strong network in the broking/fintech ecosystem.
