Job Description:

What You'll Do:

Security Strategy:

- Provide end-to-end security guidance and ensure comprehensive coverage for business operations, personnel, property, and assets.

- Enhance the efficiency and operational capabilities of the site security team.

- Build and maintain a dynamic security team capable of handling defined tasks effectively.

- Align site-level security operations with global processes and standards.

Security Operations:

- Implement global security policies, standards, and procedures.

- Monitor and respond promptly to security incidents across India.

- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

- Identify and close both technical and non-technical security gaps.

- Manage and evaluate security vendors and service providers.

- Conduct preliminary investigations into security and fraud-related incidents.

Audit and Governance:

- Ensure that all security policies, procedures, and training programs are implemented and adhered to.

- Maintain complete documentation and data for compliance and audit requirements.

Stakeholder & People Management:

- Communicate proactively with key internal stakeholders and provide timely updates on critical issues.

- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure quick response during emergencies.

Liaison and External Coordination:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies.

- Engage with industry associations and professional networks for continuous improvement and benchmarking.

Qualifications / Education:

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Professional certifications in Security Management preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience Required:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Security and Investigations Management.

- Proven background in law enforcement, defense, or large corporate organizations.

- Strong understanding of outsourced service environments, vendor management, and industry trends.

- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and managing multi-site operations.

Must-Have: Physical Security, Corporate Security
