Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and strengthen our human resources function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise who can build scalable HR systems, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations across all centres

- Drive talent acquisition strategies and oversee recruitment at all levels

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements

- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions

- Build and manage performance management systems and appraisal cycles

- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation structuring, and benefits

- Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals

- Manage audits, documentation, and HRMIS systems

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role

- Strong exposure to recruitment, policy formulation, compliance, and labour laws

- Experience handling multi-location workforce preferred

- Proven ability to build and scale HR processes

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills

- High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant field
