Who This Role is For:
We're looking for professionals with experience in:
- Client acquisition / Business development in recruitment firms or EdTech
- Corporate relations or B2B partnerships
- Handling corporate clients for hiring mandates or campus placements
- Strong networks with HRs, TA Heads, or CXOs
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate hiring partners
- Drive campus placements, internships, and PPO opportunities for UG students
- Lead placement drives (on-campus & virtual) and industry engagement
- Conduct grooming, soft skill sessions, and student readiness initiatives
- Maintain MIS, offer letters, and audit-related documentation
- Work closely with alumni networks for placements and mentoring
