About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Business Development Manager with a strong background in winning SEO, PPC, SMM, and content strategy projects via Upwork.

Along with individual contributions, you will lead a small business development team to achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure digital marketing projects on Upwork.

- Develop persuasive proposals and digital strategies for client requirements.

- Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns.

- Supervise and mentor junior business development executives to improve performance and skills.

- Set monthly targets for the team and monitor progress using KPIs.

- Conduct regular training sessions on Upwork bidding strategies and client communication.

- Meet and exceed business development targets.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing business development via Upwork.

- Proven success in securing and managing SEO, PPC, SMM, and content marketing projects.

- Prior experience in team leadership and performance management.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.

- Excellent client communication and project coordination skills
